Is Arenas' developing plan
The various projects are implemented in complete respect for environmental concerns and 'aim to protect and enhance one of the most beautiful areas of the west coast of Sardinia.
The golf course occupies about 80 hectares total while the settlements have an incidence of 0.12% of the total extent of about 800 hectares of pine forest on the property.
The golf course has a guesthouse, 6 apartments rented by formula B & B and restaurant "by Patrizia" located on the executive course.
In the course of 2010 becomes operational the new golf club house with bar-restaurant, changing rooms, and pool.
Within the pine forest of Is Arenas operate two different developer:
GREEN Ltd., which has the tee-time priority of Golf, is developing a Luxury Resort includes:
Golf Hotel Is Arenas: 5 Stars opened on 1 June 2008, with 62 rooms, 84 suites, 2 restaurants, beauty farm inside the structure.
Green Is Arenas Luxury Villas: 43 single and two-family houses located in the pine forest facing the sea, about 400 meters from the beach and 350 meters from the tee of hole 1.
The villas enjoy all the hotel services the hotel to 5 stars. The expected completion: autumn 2011.
Pinewood Golf Hotel: 4 star Superior hotel with 120 rooms, 2 restaurants, conference center, wellness center and service beach club, the expected completion: Fall 2012
Is Arenas Residence Ltd., is building 27 villas like apartments, houses with two bathrooms and four rooms with three bathrooms, along the hole No. 13, golf course approximately 350 yards from the tee of hole 1.
The completion is scheduled for the month of July 2010.
In the project perticolare attention has been paid for:
- Carry out the minimum land occupation possible
- To include the structures in an optimal manner within the pine forest clearings in general
(which is why every structure must have a 'height lower development tree);
- Protect and expand green areas total;
- Ensure that within the settlements there is a substantial absence of vehicular traffic.
Finally, it is envisaged the creation and enhancement of a number of attractive features, including the creation of:
- Walks in nature, with wildlife observation in the woods and ponds;
- Horseback riding, with a possible range of polo;
- Facilities for the welfare and rehabilitation;
- Convention center for events and shows;
- Shopping area specifically intended for Sardinian products and handicrafts.
